Troubleshooting Call

This 30-minute call (phone or video) is your chance to get real-time answers and expert guidance for your little one’s sleep challenges or changes in their sleep. You can get advice on one main sleep topic or concern such as:

  • Nap transitions and how to navigate them
  • Tips for room transitions early wakes: possible causes and solutions
  • Reducing disruption during upcoming holidays
  • Tackling bedtime battles
  • Reducing night feeds

  • The DIY Dream Plan

    Parent-led, professionally supported sleep support to move gently towards transformed sleep.

    • Full analysis of your child’s current day time and night time routine
    • Bespoke plan tailored to your little one’s sleep needs and family routine
    • Gentle and responsive sleep training programme
    • A 1 hour consultation call to share, discuss and amend the personalised plan
    • An email check in within the first 3 days to ask any questions
    • A 30 minute support call during the process to check you’re on track, give advice and make changes to the plan.

    The Signature Dream Plan

    This is my most supportive and bespoke sleep package. It is available for children aged 5 months to 4 years and includes:

    • Full analysis of your child's current day time and night time routine across 3-5 days.
    • Bespoke plan tailored to your little one's sleep needs and your family goals.
    • A 1 hour consultation call to share and discuss the personalised plan.
    • 3 weeks of unlimited WhatsApp support so I’ll be there with you everyday, answering any questions and guiding you through any challenges that arise.
    • A handover pack created to support your sleep journey beyond our time together.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    What sleep training methods do you use?

    I use a range of gentle and responsive self-settling methods to improve the sleep of your baby or toddler. I decide on the best method to suit the sleep needs of each child, making your plan bespoke. I do not believe in the Cry-It-Out methods and therefore I do not use them.

    Will I leave my baby to cry on their own?

    I follow a more gentle approach where you won’t leave your little one on their own while they’re learning to go to sleep but I can’t promise no tears. Even though it’s more gentle, when you’re making changes with babies or toddlers they often don’t like it and the way they communicate or show their displeasure. However, you won’t leave your little one in the room alone until you’re ready - dependent on your goals.

    How quickly will I see results?

    This depends on your little one’s current sleep challenges and your family’s sleep goals. Most often, you can expect to see improvements after 5-7 nights with consistently better sleep after 2 weeks.

    How soon can we start working together?

    Once you have booked, I will send you a sleep log to complete over 3-4 days. I will analyse these and this will be followed by a consultation.
