Hello, and welcome to Mini Dreamers!
I’m Emily, a devoted mom, experienced teacher, and OCN certified baby and infant sleep consultant. I know first-hand the joys and challenges of parenthood, and I’m passionate about helping families thrive with better sleep.
With my experience, I work closely with parents to create personalised sleep strategies tailored to their little one’s unique needs. My goal is to provide compassionate support, expert advice, and practical solutions that will lead to peaceful, restorative sleep for both your baby and the entire family.

How My Service Works
Introductory Call
A FREE 15-minute introductory call tailored to uncover your sleep goals and your little one’s sleep challenges.
Sleep Log Analysis
We will track your child's sleep, feeds, and activities for 3 days, allowing me to craft a tailored, personalised plan based on patterns and challenges.
Consultation Call
Together we dive deeper into your child's sleep logs with a dedicated one hour 1-1 consultation call to discuss and guide you through the plan for your child.
Bespoke Plan
You will receive your bespoke crafted sleep plan within 24 hours, finely tuned to your child's unique sleep needs and your family's goals and taking into consideration any changes we discussed during your consultation.
Support Package
Embark on your sleep journey with my unwavering support from day one. I'll be at the other end of the phone, voice note or text message to guide youevery step of the way.
