I’m Emily, a devoted mom, experienced teacher (BA Hons, PGCE), and OCN-certified baby and infant sleep consultant. Parenthood comes with joys and challenges, and I’m passionate about helping families thrive through better sleep.

The support Emily gave was second to none. What can I say? I’m astonished that our 4am wake up call is now sleeping through! I honestly thought we just had a ‘bad sleeper’ but thanks to you we now know how best to manage his sleep. If you’d have told me 4 weeks ago that I would be getting a solid stretch of sleep I’d have laughed.
